Porthkidney Beach

There is a lovely walk from St Ives to Porthkidney. Pick up the coast path from Porthminster beach, and walk along through Carbis Bay to Porthkidney, which is one of the best, and quietest beaches in the area, though there are no facilities there. The walk takes about an hour and a half. You can walk on to St Erth, and catch the train back.
